My first choice for accommodation is its newness. This hotel opened just a few months ago. Everything is in great condition. The bed linen is crisp, white and 100% cotton. The ACs and fans work well. The owner, manager and all the staff were extremely accommodating - an extra thank you to Sunil, the manager, and the staff in the restaurant. The only real concern is the bed is very soft. This would be an issue if you have back problems. The hotel is under going its soft opening so they was slowly working out the details. Overall I had an excellent stay.

Shruti the manager answered ever question I had before arrival. Our flight was delayed so we arrived late in the evening, the security guard met us and showed us to our room, Shruti even messaged to make sure we arrived okay and to check if we needed anything. In the morning we meet Vignesh the care taker, everyday he would check in to make sure everything was okay. A delicious Indian breakfast was served to the room each morning. The property is better than it looks in the photos, has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful gardens. A very short stroll to a quiet beach with a shacks along the beach to rest at all day. We absolutely loved our stay in your accomodation.

The highlight of my stay was Rosie. She was incredibly helpful, and so eager to offer advice on what to do, book taxies, where to eat/ not eat etc. She deserves a promotion in my opinion! Loved it and would 100% stay again.

The apartment provided to us was very spacious and had all the facilities I needed for me and my family. It was very well maintained. The pool view was excellent. The swimming pool area was such an awesome place to relax. Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this property. Since I liked it so much I booked the same apartment as I did during my previous vacations to North Goa. Very serene environment and no parking issues. The host Shreya was always available over a call whenever I needed to ask anything. Overall, the apartment is superb and I definitely recommend this to all who want to have a comfortable stay.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights with 2 kids and we really had fun time. Anya was a great host and she make sure all our needs are met. She arrange early check in on request which was very helpful. Room were big enough for all of us. Kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Would recommend to everyone. Only make sure swimming area has rule of proper swimming costume. so arrange that before booking. Rest is excellent.
