We had a great stay at Olive Service Apartment. We chose this place because of its location, which is just 2 km from Yashoda Hospital in Hitech City. We stayed for one day since we needed to visit the hospital frequently. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, there was plenty of parking, and the food was good. The staff were friendly and polite. A special thanks to Govardhan, the cook, who made our meals just the way we needed. Thanks to Olive for making our stay comfortable.

We stayed here for 4 days and it was truly a wonderful experience. It felt like home- warm, cozy, peaceful and worth every penny. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. Even when my family fell sick, they arranged medicines and ensured we were comfortable. They also helped with sightseeing, dropped me at my interview venue early morning and arranged airport pickups and drops. One if the vest stays I've had in Hyderabad. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

Brand new, lovely residential building with unique, atmospheric decor thoughtfully executed on the 4th floor, in a central area of the city within walking distance of some of Hyderabad's top attractions. The family speak great English and went above and beyond to meet my requests and receive hints about what tourists expect from a property on the booking platform. Everything was NEW, and some areas were still being completed - I was the first guest to have the privilege of experiencing some nights here. (New WC, new pillows, towels, linens, fresh paint etc). Views from rooftop - spectacular! ALL OF Hyderabad can be seen! The family are so kind and considerate - a homestay experience that makes you wish you were staying longer. (Just under 1km to walk on a direct road to Charminar and Chowmahalla Palace for example.)

I stayed at this place for 5 days, and I genuinely had an amazing experience. If you’re looking for a place in Hyderabad that feels like home, this is it. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The sofa and bed were super comfortable, the smart TV had all the OTT apps[some with subscription too](Netflix, Prime, Hotstar, etc.), and the kitchen had everything you'd need. It’s the kind of setup that makes you want to extend your stay. But the real heart of this place is the people. Ammar and his team were kind, polite, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Tanveer, the caretaker—this guy is a gem. Once, the AC stopped working late at night, and he came over at midnight without any hesitation to fix it. Even sometimes, when I was returning late to the room, he came to clean the room at around 11pm.That kind of dedication is rare. Even the security guard was so respectful and warm, it just made me feel really safe and welcome. Some of the highlights: -Super smooth check-in and check-out -Very calm and peaceful environment—great for rest and remote work -Great room service -Cleaned daily on the basis of requirement, always fresh and neat -Strong Wi-Fi (especially helpful because mobile network is a bit weak in the area) -Affordable pricing for the comfort you get A couple of small cons (just to be real with you): -The mobile network coverage is a bit patchy, jio works a bit, for airtel it's very difficult, but the Wi-Fi in the rooms is excellent and solves that problem. -The approach road to the property has some potholes and is a bit uneven. It’s a bit inside from the main city area, so the ride in might not be the smoothest—but once you're in, the stay makes up for it completely. To sum it up: great place, great people, great comfort. I’ll definitely be staying here again, and I’d 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Hyderabad.
