The staff is awesome and possibility cook in the room (it includes some ingredients: pasta, peeled tomatoes, olive oil, juices, water and more) was really nice! Not far from the beach or metro. Loved also the air-conditioning 😂 and the authentic vibe of Naples, not many tourists there

Residence Le Terrazze offers memorable views including Sorrento, the Gulf of Naples, and Mount Vesuvius from its panoramic terraces with outdoor swimming pool. All apartments feature a balcony or terrace with views of the sea. Free parking and a shuttle to Piazza Antiche Mura are available. Everything was exceptional. Exceptional service — the best staff we've experienced on any of our travels. They helped us all throughout the holiday and also before via Whatsapp which was very convenient as they were very responsive. The view was amazing - just like in a movie! Although it was away from the city centre, it was well worth it for the beautiful views, and the shuttle service made getting around easy. Cannot recommend it enough!

At the aparthotel, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Fantastic newly finished and well appointed property with an amazing host. The communication with Lucia, the host/manager, was very efficient and pleasant. She responded quickly any time I asked her something. The room was spacious and well designed (kudus to the interior designers who displayed elegant and minimalist Italian taste, simple and beautiful finishes). I was a little disappointed with the view from my ground level unit, but as soon as I told Lucia she kindly offered to upgrade me the next night (as nothing was available on day one) to a higher floor with sea view at no extra charge. The location may not be the best, but it was ideal for me as I wanted to be in the middle between Napoli and Pompeii/Sorrento so I can easily visit them all in a few days. Breakfast is not offered, but there were coffee/tea amenities and a generous amount of biscuits and snacks to get you going. Overall, it was great value for money and felt safe and clean throughout.

The host was clear with his check-in and check-out instructions and super friendly. Really clean and spacious apartment. Great shower and comfy beds. We appreciated the welcome snack and milk in the fridge :) Would recommend!

The apartment is close to a metro stop and the location is great to explore the city during the day and the restaurants during the night! I recently stayed at these fantastic apartments in Italy, and I can't recommend them enough! The design is simply stunning, with a fresh, tasteful renovation that shows great attention to detail. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the spacious rooms provided plenty of comfort. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We were also treated to a breathtaking view of the sea, which we could enjoy from the terrace, complete with tables and a hammock. A renovated and very comfortable apartment, it met all our expectations.
