The hotel is fully self check-in, no staff, which was new to me. You enter the house using your phone like a card. which makes me wonder what someone with an older phone, or someone who doesn't have that function would do. Anyway everything worked perfectly (despite my initial hesitation), the room was spacious and comfortable. It wasn't the cheapest, but given the location its understandable

Our family stayed here for 3 nights during a tour of the Dolomites. We wished we stayed longer. Lorena went out of her way to make us feel so comfortable and welcome. We cannot wait to return.
