It is set 500 metres from Koizumi Yakumo Memorial Park and offers a lift. The aparthotel has family rooms. E everything was just perfect. Very clean apartment. Nice location, close to the train station. Lot of eatery mainly Korean dishes The place is a buzz but no noise when inside the apartment. Great host kept our luggage. Easy to follow instruction and help was ready available. Highly recommend to travelers .😁

Really nice and cosy new hotel, that was all that we expected and more. Beds were excellent and the rooms were well equipped and tidy and clean. 24 h reception was a really nice bonus for the apartment hotel.

I guess like all affordable accommodation in Tokyo Section L is compact, but the setup is very new and super well organised making it very comfy and workable for a family of 4. There's a convenience store within a minute or two walk and the very close proximity to the fish market makes it special. We were at the fish market for brunch most days. Be aware that the fish market closes down at about 2:30 and the area is very quiet after that with limited places to eat (there are some). However, it's only a 15 minute walk to Ginza and a 5 to 10 minute walk to a selection of subway stations. The apartment is well equipped with fridge. Hob, kettle, crockery and cutlery and even has a washing machine and ironing facilities. Staff at the front desk were were super friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English The check in / check out process was quick and simple. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

THREE’s place was also next to many restaurants, shopping complexes and a neighbouring FamilyMart - which was so convenient. I found checkin to be a breeze since I already pre-filled all the guests’ details beforehand. The apartment was extremely spacious and had basically everything you need for a comfortable stay - small kitchen, laundry and dryer! The bathroom was massive with both a shower head and bath. Internet speed was stable and fast. Lastly, THREE was so kind and responsive, we forgot our magnets at the apartment but they kindly shipped them back to us. The extra care and professionalism to us was very much appreciated - thank you so much!
