Offering a garden and garden view, Ceylon Seascape Villa is set in Beruwala, 600 metres from Moragalla Beach and 47 km from Mount Lavinia Bus Stand. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. We booked just one apartment, but there are two apartments with separate kitchens with kitchenette.WiFi was good. It was a simple cosy cottage with all the facilities you need. Working table, small garden, washing machine and modern furniture included.The most important thing is the location.Few steps to the Moragolla beach through a shadow lane with trees.(near the Palms Hotel). The Villa is not much expensive like at beach front. You will feel relax at seascape for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The apartment is equipped with 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and kitchenware, and 1 bathroom with a bidet, a hair dryer and a washing machine. Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the garden views. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. We loved our stay here and the family was super kind! They offered us different fruits from their garden and breakfast was so extensive and delicious (the best we’ve had during our 3,5 week stay here in Sri Lanka). The room is very new, clean and spacious. A little bit of steep driveway for our tuktuk, but the owner helped us. The direct neighbours were also all very kind.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. I spent 3 weeks at Clay house and this accommodation was one of the best I have ever had in Sri Lanka. The apartment is incredibly spacious and modern designed, very clean, a very big bed, a wonderful bathroom and the kitchen was the best equipped I had ever seen. What else I really enjoyed was the incredible peace and quiet, the house is in a very quiet area and all the neighbors are super friendly. And not far is an exceptionally beautiful temple, which I can highly recommend, with very nice people and monks. I combined my stay with Ayurveda treatments and it was perfect to enjoy the peace and quiet afterwards and be self-catering. Thanuja was always very helpful and always took care of everything. I can highly recommend this accommodation as a woman traveling alone

Located in Aluthgama in the Kalutara District region, Central Apartment near Bentota Beach- Balcony & Kitchen features a balcony and city views. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I had a wonderful stay here! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the warm hospitality. The location is also ideal, very much closer to Aluthgama town, just walking distance, which made it super convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The tranquility and the birdlife of the location is excellent with the he view over the jungle and gardens and a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The attention to detail in and outside of the apartments is excellent. The rooftop terrace and each apartments' terrace offer another outside sitting experience. Ankie, the owner and her staff member Maheel are perfect hosts, helpful and caring, and not forgetting Nibs, the older of the 2 beautiful dogs, and Benson the young happy pooch! Riding into the inland region instantly brings out the old and traditional Sri Lanka life and the beautiful fauna and flora. Serpent eagles, land monitors, water monitors, buffalo, monkeys et al are passed pass by amongst the happy greetings with wonderful smiles from the locals. Quite a few unique temples and stupas including a monastery are close by. Along the road to the beach is the old and quaint Induruwa train station which adds to the appeal, catch the local commuter train and experience Sri Lanka life. Close by to the quite empty beach, deserted in the early mornings, provides an excellent walk and bathing at the south end of the beach is safe and comfortable. Many small and large restaurants have all manner of food along both the stretch of the beach and roadside. Facility to cook our own food, and the fridge on the rooftop terrace was a great bonus to us. The local bread and roti vendors pass by early morning and their roast paan amongst other breads is available and tasty. Roomy and comfortable apartment with air con, fan, kettle and fridge, mosquito net on the bed and also plug in mosquito repellers. All in all a wonderful 2 week stay.

We were welcomed to Villa Janaliya by the whole family. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was all we wanted. We have found this to be the general rule for Sri Lankan hospitality, but at Villa Janaliya; it was another level again. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped us book days out, get the best prices, gave guidance about where to go and what to eat. They were responsive, spoke excellent English and the entire family were super kind and helpful. We had countless lessons in Sri Lankan cuisine and were given some wonderful meals, which has encouraged us to go on and start to learn about cooking Sri Lankan food for ourselves. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach, which have a selection of restaurants and bars. There are small shops close by for essentials and a train and bus stop within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The nearby towns of Bentota and Aluthgama are easy to get to on the bus or train, they are busy and bustling. The family also own the adjacent hotel, which has a gorgeous pool and well equipped, air conditioned gym, which we had access to and used most days. We cannot recommend Villa Janaliya highly enough, we're already looking forward to returning. Thank you.

Very helpful with everything and he has big knowledge about adventures in the area. Beautiful garden and pool. We felt very good .
