Great location in a closed village with a private beach and swimming pool. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sea view was stunning, and having a dedicated parking space was a big plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well-organized. Highly recommended!

This place was simply beautiful.. the apartment is spacious and has a breathtaking view. It’s very clean, and has everything you need: a kettle, a fridge, an electric cooker, kitchenware, TV, wifi, AC in the living room, iron, and washing machine. The place is 2 minutes away from the Ferry and a few minutes away from a supermarket and some wonderful restaurants. Gary was a very welcoming host. He took care of me and even advised me what to do and not to do when a storm hit for a day during my stay. He also helped by suggesting things to do and places to visit. There’s parking available right next to the apartment in case you’re driving, and the area is very safe. The apartment’s location is central and allows to have day trips a around Tivat, Herceg Novi, Kotor, Dobrota, and Perast. Overall, I can say that this was genuinely one of the best decisions I made. Thank you Gary for making my stay as smooth and seamless as it was; I will definitely come again!

The appartment is hidden on the last floor of à randomn building but its amazing, super clean and the view of the bay from the balcony is breath-taking. The kindness of the owner (Mia) is just the extra touch you wanted/needed.

All units at the apartment complex feature air conditioning and a desk. Easiest 10/10 I ever gave, it was a great place. Nice parking lot, right in front of the property, comfy beds, balcony with a great view of the Bay of Kotor. It is rare to find such a clean place, everything was sparkling. Great hosts, spoke English and were very helpful. There is a little alley which lets you go from the building right to the beach, which is great in summer, but it was also a nice bonus for us too, in the off-season.

We likes everything about this apartment, mew building right next to the ocean, right across the street is the walking path along the water where main activities happening. Lots of resturants along the path and we loved to take night stroll along the ocean and find some good food and icecream

It was clean, the rooms were spacious and cool, the beach and promenade were close by, there was parking for car and internet was very good.
