The infinity pool at the roof is amazing, very clean and with a great view of the city and surrounding. We had a great stay at Kippal, for sure recommend it!

We liked the location because it was near the port for our diving excursions. Near two small supermarkets and very peaceful environment. Host gave us purified water when we arrived, which was great. Property very clean and comfortable. Property has air conditioner and a working refrigerator. Taxis are expensive at Cozumel Island, with that in mind, it was a $150 mxn ride to City Center or a 40 minute walk. All taxis knew where this Villas where located. Recommend going to Pescozón or to Aquí + Ahora to eat.

This property did not include breakfast, but there is a big supermarket a block away, with all sorts of food, ready to eat and otherwise. From that supermarket, it is easy to get a mototaxi to take you directly to the center of the downtown waterfront, economically, so the inland location of this lodging is not a problem. The property is recently completed, by people who were careful to get the plumbing, electrical, and other details done right, and there are even some decorations and candles to enjoy. Thank you to the owners for their work to make this a nice place to stay.
