There is also a guy who manages the building on site to greet you. We arrived close to midnight and had no issues. I would recommend using USA transport shuttle company, they know the warehouses really well. There is a cafe next door where you can grab breakfast, which was pretty cheap too. We could have easily stayed here longer!

View from the balcony over the ocean is beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast good (eggs, beans, toast, fruits, coffee/tea, juice). comfy beds. location is good. they have bikes for free.

Extremely polite and professional staff at the reception.
