Parking was excellent. The beds and linens were wonderful. The location is fabulous and easy walking distance to the town shops and restaurants. The view is also wonderful to the ocean and Victorian buildings. Would definitely stay again and hopefully longer.

Pyke Cottage is in a convenient location in historic Clyde, within walking distance to great places to eat (Oliver’s; Three Peaks Coffee) and the beautiful Clutha River. The host, Peter, is super friendly and welcoming and makes you feel right at home, but leaves you to your privacy. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning was a welcome amenity on a hot Central Otago night. We had a great stay and can highly recommend the cottage for a couple or solo traveller!

Also, we loved the letter from Goe, which is full of recommendations about everything around the studio. That was so kind of her. We felt quite cozy and relaxed in Goe’s studio, especially the massage chair, the comfortable sofa, the bright bathroom, and the beautiful kitchen. Goe was really nice to us that she waited at the door to greet and welcome us. The handwritten letter was very lovely. Thanks for everything. We had a wonderful night in Wānaka!!!

A little bit out of Queenstown itself which we prefer as it was nice and quiet but an easy quick trip into the town to enjoy some activities.
