The property features a well-maintained pool, and since our room was on the ground floor, it was incredibly convenient with direct access right outside our doorstep. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—including cooking utensils and even waste separation bins for clean and efficient recycling. We especially enjoyed the small patio where we could relax and unwind. One of the best aspects of our stay was the peaceful atmosphere at night—something that’s not always easy to find in the Alona Beach area. The entire facility felt safe and welcoming, with a friendly security guard at the gate who also shared helpful local tips. The owners, Danny and Mae, were wonderful hosts. Danny personally greeted us upon arrival, which made us feel very welcomed. He was also very responsive and attentive to our messages during our stay, promptly answering any questions and addressing any concerns we had. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The location is also perfect—just a 5-minute walk to both Alona Beach and the main street, giving easy access to restaurants and shops while still being tucked away in a quieter area. Overall, this is an ideal place for couples and families looking for a clean, quiet, and budget-friendly stay near the beach. I’d give it a solid 10/10!

Most of the places worth visiting in Panglao were within walking distance, and there was a tricycle terminal right outside for when we wanted to venture farther out. However it was quiet on the property and didn’t feel like we were in a place crowded with tourists. It felt like a home away from home, and there were even gentle dogs and cats ready to welcome us whenever we got back. Our room was clean, with A/C, comfortable bed, complete kitchen equipment, towels/slippers/umbrellas, soap/shampoo, and a water heater in the shower.

Situated in Panglao, 2.4 km from Alona Beach, Mmint Resort features rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony and a swimming pool. The aparthotel has family rooms. Me and my daughter, we had a wonderful stay in Mmint Resort. The room was spacious, bed was big with a very comfy mattress. We did not cook, but there was equipment to cook in the room also. We sayed on a ground floor with direct eccess to the pool from our room. So every time we felt like we wanted to use a pool, it was easily accessible. Room and the whole property was clean and well taken care of. The staff was always there for us whenever we needed something. Only some minutes with bike or taxi and you find yourself on the main beach. Great location. We really loved our stay. Thank you!

The property is very aesthetic, very clean and i love that there’s enough space to hang and dry the clothes. The bed is very comfortable. The location is quiet and far from the events and happening in Panglao which I personally prefer. They offer motorbike rental but unfortunately I don’t know how to drive 😬

This was a true 10/10 stay. Squeaky clean, it has all the ameneties you can think of. The host is really friendly and helpful. They provide free bikes on site, scooter for rent at a more than fair price and car also perfect for a family of 5 like us. The duplex is situated in a safe and friendly compound. You can use the pool any time you wish, of course respecting the neighbours. The location is perfect if you want to be away from the husle in Alona Beach, but also strategicaly positioned to easily get to important turist destinations with the car or scooter ( loboc river, tarsier sanctuary, chocholate hills etc) Thank you for hosting us.
