Importantly the two ladies at the reception, Ms. Sveta and Ms. Marcelina were exceptionally helpful. They went out of the way to help us with sightseeing and directions. It is rare to meet such wonderful staff. All facilities in the hotel are modern and functional. I will highly recommend this hotel to any traveller.
