Super kind and helpful owner Pamela was always available for any question or assistance, her house is just next to the apartment She prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners, organized bike rentals and so much more! We felt very comfortable in our apartment, nothing was missing and it was very clean We can recommend you this place for more than 100%. Pamela is really an exceptional person, so kind 👍👍👍 The apartment is by the way, quite close to Anse Source D’Argent, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world 🏝️

At the apartment complex, all units come with bed linen and towels. everything was perfect, hosts are very friendly and communicate persons, room service was everyday and cleaned well, location is perfect, everything is near. You can hire a bike from hosts and it's cheaper and also very comfortable.

We are currently on Mahe Island and we are still talking about our amazing stay in La Digue (because the bar was raised so extremely high by Maison Ed Elle)! Elluna is incredibly friendly and lovely host. We had two second floor apartments which were very clean and as I am very “smell-sensitive” I want to point out that the apartments smelled like fresh lemongrass or something wonderfully fresh and exotic, unlike many other self catering apartments or even luxury resorts I’ve stayed in before. Rental bikes were organised to us as we arrived and when we got a flat tyre far away from home, a new bike was a call and 15 minutes away! I can’t recommend this place enough! We are extremely satisfied and looking forward to coming back to La Digue to stay at Maison Ed-Elle again. Thank you once more!

Annie and William were super friendly and helpful, upon arrival we were given fresh coconuts and a map with all the tips to explore La Digue. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything that you would need on vacation, they even have a BBQ outside that the guest can use. The entire property is filled with beautiful local island flowers and plants. They have bike rentals on the property that William keeps in good condition and at a fair price, instead of having to deal with the bike rental shops on the island. The location is very good with a few shops and some very good take away places like Rey & Josh in walking distance. Just don't buy anything at the La Digue Supermarket which is the closest, it's better to go to the supermarkets walking direction the ferry/center like Lea's Grocery Shop.

Set in beautiful gardens and lush vegetation, you can't not love this little self-catering apartment. Mera was a fantastic host and made us feel right at home after a very long flight. We were greeted with a cold drink, which was very much needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and we absolutely loved the accommodation.

Each apartment at Villa Charme de L'ile boasts a balcony with pool views. They have a kitchen equipped with a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. Towels and bed linen are offered. Everything was perfect until the last detail, the place is even nicer than the photos show. It is a truly hidden gem on the island. Perfect location - only 400 m from the harbour, with a perfect road, so you can walk with luggages. All the staff lovely, caring and doing their best. Gardens were magical & surroundings always clean. Breakfast with additional charge of 250 per person, but it was so rich that it kept us throughout day until the evening dinner. Bicycles 100 per day rental, allocated to each room with brand new bikes, they were super with gears, well kept with brakes and maintenance. Room was huge, spotless clean, towels changed when you want, kitchen fully equipped. Everything is so well kept that made our 5-day stay very comfortable. Fridge was equipped with a chargeable mini bar needs, just in case you run out, well thought of. We will definitely return, thank you very much.

The maintenance and cleaning is on a daily basis, even though it feels like you rent an apartment, the staff always make sure it is tidy and organized. The place offers bikes for rental (cheaper than in the city) which are also getting maintenance regularly.
