Just 300 metres from the Jakubova lúka Ski Centre, this apartment house can be found 1 km from the centre of Starý Smokovec. It offers a self-catered accommodation with free WiFi in public areas and rooms. We stayed in a studio which was big enough for 2 persons. The kitchenette was well equipped with a 2 element ceramic cooktop, microwave oven, water boiler, (but strictly 2 pieces of everything e.g. knives, tablespoons :) We had a spacious balcony with view of Poprad. The apartment house is about 1,5 km from the best restaurants with a short but steep climb at the beginning if you walk (it is easier on the way back from a good dinner) and it is next to the forest (we saw a deer several times from the balcony). We had big cupboard for our clothes.

Location is genial, nice view from balcony, quiet place, few steps to start hiking. Large room, well equipped kitchenette. Property stands all alone for wide area, you feel to be in wild nature.

I'm happy that I chose this apartment, even if there wasn't any reviews when I found it , but I can say with high probability that I've done a good decision, the apartment offers more than the others with higher prices what I liked there is a small bar with coffee and tea without any fees. If I should come to Poprad with high probability I chose this one again.

Apartment is brand new and very well equipped, really pleased to find a SmartTV with Netflix and an excellent wi-fi. Underground garage couldn’t be better. In the busiest area of the village, lots of bars and restaurants around (still very quiet in the apartment thanks to the sound proof windows). Fits 4 comfortably, high quality sofa bed. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place. My wife and i were there with our 2 small children. Property has a garden with a small playground for the kids. Had everything including a dishwasher, washing mashine and dryer. Location is terrific. A good place to go to yhe high tetras and the the slovakian paradise. Just a few min drive from all restaurants... Beds were great.
