The 18 air-conditioned apartments have a private bathroom and a kitchen with a microwave, fridge, washing machine, and kettle. The 8 hotel rooms are equipped with fridge, air conditioning, safe and have a view of the main street of Lviv - Prospect Svobody. We are super happy to have chosen this property, especially because of the 24/7 desk. We were not sure what time at night we would arrive from Poland. The receptionist opened the door after 10pm, helped to carry the suitcase. With electricity cuts, this hotel is the best place to stay, as they have their own generator for power. When the entire Lviv was out of power, we could shower, wash the clothes in the washing machine. Very practical. The breakfasts are very delicious. Our three children loved the property. It is also very spacious, clean, offers house shoes, towels, shampoo, gel, etc. Very friendly staff. Nothing like on AirBnB apartments. Loved it.

It was just lovely - a studio apartment in the heart of the city, right in the Rynok Square. The staff is super friendly, and they helped me with everything, including bringing my big suitcase upstairs and giving me the information on the shelters. Will definitely stay here many more times.
