Property manager and owner always available to help or provide anything thatt you need. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very amicable! All staff were friendly and pleasant. Property was kept very clean The apartment was tastefully decorated. We felt at home there. We will definitely be back next year!!!

The space, the furnishing , cleanliness of the apartment, ambience and aesthetics. Basic amenities provided was very helpful and made the apartment feel like home. Check in was seamless, Alysia yje host was fantastic. She simplified everything. Proximity to everything needed,from shops to the beach made the apartment location great.

Oh my gosh, what a cute, high-class place for a couple or one person to stay at. We needed an affordable but nice place that was clean and close to the Tampa Airport. Our expectations were exceeded. They rolled out the red carpet (or should I say Green carpet) for us. Would stay again!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento per quasi tre settimane e tutto è andato benissimo. la struttura pur essendo nel vivace quartiere di Little Havana pieno di locali e musica è una piccola oasi molto curata e rilassante. Diego è stato un host eccellente. Disponibile, attento e in grado di risolvere qualunque problematica. vicino alla struttura ci sono supermercati e servizi. Con Uber si raggiunge comodamente ogni parte di Miami. Lo consigliamo sicuramente.

Best thing was the woner himself who made the whole stay very pleasent. The room is absolutely state of the art technically. Climate control, TV-Set and TV chair. Suggestion for dinner has been perfect (Coopers Hawk and Fish house). We really hope to return in the nearest future.
