I wish every place I stayed I had an experience like this. I’ve been road tripping solo through Canada and wanted to make a trip into North America to visit Yellowstone National Park. I had an absolute nightmare with the border entry and contacted the host to explain I would potentially need to cancel. I received an extremely prompt response and was met with genuine kindness; Laura did not hesitate to offer assistance with rearranging/port Erika refunding. Thankfully I was able to resolve my travel document issue and was granted entry. When I arrived I was able to access the property with the details provided the day before. I also met Laura whilst unloading my suitcase; She has been so kind, caring and friendly. I would have loved to stay longer purely because of the hospitality. The facilities were also amazing, the room was clean and had exceptional character to match the property which I thought was incredible. I took lots of pictures to post on my social media! I could honestly talk about this place and the beautiful hosts forever. Do not hesitate to book, best stay so far! Thank you both!

The charm of the building and unique furnishings and layout. Also the bed was really comfortable, and we appreciated the extra blanket. Loved the old windows. We had a discussion about why Gary Cooper's photo was in the closet, and another about the green paint. I said it was all the same shade of green- differences in how the light hit the various angles in the room seemed to alter the hue. He was sure you had actually used different shades of green paint. Can you set us straight?

This basement apartment is so cute. Very comfortable and clean. It was so close to our family and convenient for the holiday. So nice to be welcomed by a family member (they live right upstairs). Fruit and snacks were available on arrival and coffee grounds and small coffee maker made it convenient for a morning cuppa coffee. Thanks!!!
