Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Flat is super new and well maintained. Avenue was busy (can’t park along it) but not too noisy. Terrace with barbecue was a plus, we loved it! Clean spacious and well presented room. Good location for tourists. Had stove and microwave for cooking as well as fridge for storage. Can walk to anything you need (supermarket, resturant/cafe, even the beach and shopping centre in 25 minutes). Netflix and wifi.

The entire apartment is available to use, but as the owner also stay in the same apartment, I only use the kitchen and my part of the apartment. Parking is available in front of the building as street parking, and I believe safe.
