In this experience, you’ll have the chance to learn more about Indonesian cuisine and try your hand at preparing dishes under the guidance of a professional instructor.

After making your way to the venue and meeting your instructor, you’ll begin a hands-on three-hour cooking experience. You’ll learn more about the essential ingredients and flavours of Indonesian cuisine, along with having the opportunity to learn recipes, cooking tips and techniques.

After completing your cooking class, you’ll have the chance to enjoy a meal of the dishes you’ve prepared, served with beer and sparkling wine.

    What you need to know

    Make your way to the listed address. Please arrive on time. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the venue. The activity will begin with important health and safety information and demonstrations, which will not be repeated.

    If you are travelling by tram, take Route 109 (Box Hill to Port Melbourne) or Route 12 (St Kilda to Victoria Gardens). Travel along Victoria Street and disembark at stop 22 (McKay St/Victoria St).

    If you are travelling by train, disembark at North Richmond Station before taking a tram or walking to the venue.

    Limited street parking is available nearby. Paid parking may also be possible at Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre.
