On this tour, you'll visit Prague Castle and explore its moats and gardens with a historian. You'll learn about the castle's 1,100-year history and see elements of Romanesque, Gothic, Baroque, Rococo, Renaissance and Neoclassical architecture.
Within the castle, you'll find impressive structures like the Renaissance Ball Game Hall, where aristocrats played tennis, and the Vladislav Hall, known as the largest secular space in medieval Prague. Outside of the castle, you'll see important sites like the Domeček, where Gestapo imprisoned political opponents, and the Strahov Monastery, where an ancient library with over 200,000 works is located.
The tour ends at the monastic brewery for you to sip on a rare St. Norbert’s microbrew while taking in the panoramic views of the city.
