This half-day tour will take you through the world-famous DO Alella winemaking region and introduce you to the art of paella. You'll meet your guide at a winery and tour the vineyards and cellars, learning all about the grapes and winemaking process. You'll also get the chance to sample a selection of the estate's avant-garde wines.
During the second part of your trip, you'll learn the secrets to cooking a typical Spanish paella. You'll be surrounded by views overlooking the Med, and your instructor will be a professional chef.
