This tour will allow you to explore a winery on the land of the fictional Don Quixote, as written by Miguel de Cervantes.
You'll visit La Mancha, the largest wine-producing area in the world and one of the prime locations within the country to cultivate the highest quality of grapes. Here, you'll learn about how Spanish winemakers and wineries of today remain so successful by combining old winemaking traditions with newer developments in technology.
Within La Mancha's grandeur, you'll learn about several of its gems, such as Toledo, Campo de Criptana, Consuegra and Mota del Cuervo and their sights and offerings, such as birdwatching, windmills and hiking opportunities. You'll also stop for lunch at a leading restaurant and be able to sample some of the area's most popular dishes.
