4,000 years of chocolate history on this self-guided tour
With over 1,000 objects spanning three separate areas, this museum recounts the history of cocoa over the last 4,000 years. A truly immersive experience, you'll discover in the sweet treat's fascinating voyage through the ages, and how the food has evolved.
You'll find out exactly how chocolate is made in the demonstration centre that holds several sessions, along with a short film on its production. To round off the experience, you'll be able to taste several chocolates made on-site too, all with different origins from some of the best-rated plantations around the world.
An audio guide is available in eight languages, and if you have little ones, they'll get an educational booklet with a treasure hunt to complete.
