In this intimate two-hour chocolate and wine pairing session, you will be able to learn the specifics of how to taste different wine flavours. Firstly, you will learn about the secrets of French wine-tasting. You will even educate your senses to enjoy wine by associating certain chocolate with different grape varieties.
You will also be able to learn about the specifics of oenology, develop sense of smell, sight and taste, and learn different technical terms in the process. This will take place in a unique throwback 1900s Paris setting.
