This walking tour will allow you to get your bearings of Iceland’s capital and learn more about the history of its Vikings. You’ll start by visiting the place where the Vikings first settled and you’ll then be told the story of how Reykjavik became Iceland’s capital city.
During the tour, you’ll also get to hear stories about local legends, mythology and hidden secrets as you walk past famous landmarks such as Hallgrímskirkja Church, Harpa Concert Hall, the Parliament building and Reykjavik Harbour.
As well as famous sights, your guide will also show you hidden spots in the city such as an Elf stone, and you’ll get lots of great local food and drink recommendations along the way too.
