This two-hour class will teach you how to make traditional Italian ice cream and fruit sorbet from scratch under the guidance of a local chef. Upon arriving in the vintage-style kitchen, you'll be greeted by the chef and given an apron.

During the class, a chef will show you how to prepare the fresh fruit for the sorbet and how to properly mix the ingredients of the ice cream. Once the gelato is ready, you'll serve it in a beautiful glass dish and enjoy tasting it with the rest of the class. Additionally, you'll receive a recipe book that you can take home with you and replicate your Italian creations at home.
