During this cooking class held in a cooking studio in Milan, you'll learn how to make gelato and pizza. You'll be guided through the class by an expert pizzaiolo who will talk you through the process of pizza and gelato making while sharing tricks and tips. You'll start with pizza, learning to measure the ingredients, knead and roll the dough before letting it rest and taking a break to sample some local wine. You'll then move on to gelato, hearing stories about the history of Italian ice cream and where to source ingredients. At the end of the class, you'll have the chance to sit down and enjoy the food you've made.
