The activity is a unique combination of tradition and modernity. Tradition lies in the dining setup, a sharing table that reminds sundays spent at our Nonna's house as well as traditional recipes. Modernity lies in the culinary style of our Chef Leonardo in re-inventing those recipes, as well as in the tasting of four different fine wines from Mount Etna.
The location is also unique. Lunch will be served in our Sicilian Courtyard (if weather allows), a place from the 18th century full of flowers and succulents
What's included
- 4 etna wines (tasting glass size c.a. 90cl) - Available for 18+ customers or under 18+ under supervision, and with the permission of their parents
- Sicilian traditional starters, primo (pasta or risotto) and secondo (meat or fish)
- Possibility to visit the urban vineyards and the 1790 historical winery
