With his help you will prepare a complete menu which you can then enjoy sitting comfortably in the shade of the pergola
You will receive advice on how to prepare the typical dishes of our land, hand-made pasta such as ravioli, gnocchi, fried pizza or even eggplant and courgette parmigiana, harvested from our garden
Ours is an almost completely vegetarian menu
