We are Australia’s first workshop to teach the art of traditional Turkish mosaic lamp making. Enjoy a 2-hour surf lesson at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. Choose one of Australia's favorite surf schools who has been teaching people to surf since 1987. You'll be provided with a long sleeve rash shirt in summer and wet suits in winter with a soft beginner surfboard and 2-hours of instruction and fun.

Our Flavors of St. Lucia Tour is a wonderful culinary and educational experience! Suit up in your Apron and Chef hat (provided) and let’s get started! We start this tour by allowing you to see, touch and smell some of the amazing spices that are harvested on our small farm. Prepare a three-course meal with the guidance of our amazing Chef. You can assist the chef or just enjoy as he teaches you the ‘authentic’ St. Lucian style of cooking. After you have enjoyed the appetizer, enjoy an educational walk through of our farm/garden. Here is where you will learn about various flowers, fruits, vegetables, and seasonings that are grown locally, and used to enhance almost every dish. Journey back to the kitchen and enjoy a tutorial on how to create a local main course and appetizer, both are on the menu of the day! Enjoy a sip of our local spice rum just before you are presented with your certificate during our FUN graduation ceremony. You are now a certified St. Lucian Cook!

Learning the Ancient Art of Blacksmithing and taking your work home with you. This class is beginner-friendly, no experience is required. This class is great for solos or groups and is a perfect gift for a friend or loved one.

The course runs in small groups of 6 or less so you receive lots of 1 on 1 help. We use manual settings on your camera so you can be in full control of your camera to obtain the results you want.

Come make a custom knife with us, make some memories and a knife you can pass onto your children who can tell their friends this same story in 30 years time.
