This fun and accessible dance class is offered by a professional dancer and teacher. Dancing flamenco steps to the sound of flamenco music and performing the basic rhythms with hands and feet, will give you a feel for flamenco. You will experience the richness and expressive power of flamenco dance, through movement, rhythm and music. The class has a duration of 1 hour. No dance experience is required! Don't hesitate!

Paella is the best known Spanish dish internationally, but not so many people know why we use each of its ingredients, where they come from, as well as the history and evolution of this traditional dish of the Mediterranean cuisine. Now you can learn everything about it and be part of its cooking and tasting! Not only will our team introduce and teach you about this iconic dish, we will also prepare a traditional and special sangria with the freshest ingredients of the area. Cooking School is located right inside Triana Food Market. We offer daily food market tours and cooking classes. During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, as classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.

This is a small group experience that will teach you a skill you can take with you back to your home country and use everyday. Rhythm is key to all forms of music, and although we will work within flamenco rhythm, this can be applied to any style of music you hear. You'll be up-close and personal with a flamenco guitarist and dancer. One of the most important roles in a Flamenco performance is that of a Palmero (the hand clapper). YES, you heard correctly! You won't ever see a flamenco show without one or two people in the back clapping their hands. What they are doing is called making Compás, or in other words, controlling the rhythm of the dance so that the singer, guitar player, and dancer are all on the same page. This important role sounds easy, but there is an art to clapping your hands in Flamenco, and that's exactly what you will learn in this workshop.
