During this experience in Valencia, you'll visit Mercado Central and learn how to make paella. After meeting your guide, you'll explore Mercado Central and buy fresh ingredients to cook with. You'll then head to the kitchen for a live paella class led by a professional chef. Here, you'll share a cooking station with one to three other participants, while the chef talks you through each step and shares tips and tricks known only by the locals. When your meal is complete, you'll sit down to sample your creation, accompanied by tapas, wine and a sweet treat.

You will receive a beer tasting from a guide who has been in the sector for 12 years. We will try special beers that are very difficult to obtain in other places. In addition the experience of the tasting paired with 4 tapas chosen for the occasion and will be taught in one of the reference craft breweries in the city. We will teach you how to cook a vegetable paella. A team of  native cooks and assistants who will teach you how to cook a Vegetable Paella in the most enjoyable and amusing way. We will try that you learn all the keys of the paella. After completing the course we will continue in contact with you to resolve doubts that may arise, until you achieve to belong to this select group of rice cooks.
