On this walking tour, you'll join a friendly local guide for a look at sites made famous by Doc Martin, the long-running hit British TV show starring Martin Clunes. You'll spend 90 minutes on a leisurely route through Port Isaac, visiting many recognizable filming locations and taking in the charm of life in a characteristic Cornish coastal village.

This tour will take you behind the scenes of Doc Martin and its fictional Cornish village of Portwenn. You'll explore the real location where the show was filmed, the fishing village of Port Isaac on the Atlantic coast. Your guide will be an extra from the series, who will share anecdotes from their time on set. You'll see the locations for the Doc's home surgery, Louisa’s school, Mrs Tishell’s pharmacy and more. You'll also learn about the village's true history that dates back to King Henry VIII, and you'll have plenty of photo opportunities along the way.

Now in its ninth series and popular with fans around the world, this Doc Martin tour is the best way to see the main locations from the show which first aired in 2004. The walking tour is led by a local who has been involved in the filming of Doc Martin itself as an ‘extra’ and shares many anecdotes about the filming of this show. Locations from the show that you will see include the Doc’s house and surgery, Louisa’s school, Mrs Tishell’s pharmacy and much more. However, the village itself has a long and fascinating history dating back to King Henry VIII and your guide will show you hidden village paths, historical buildings, beautiful views and give you an insight into local life. There will be plenty of photo opportunities along the way. NOTE: Due to the nature of the locations visited and with steps being part of the tour route, this tour is not wheelchair, mobility scooter or pram friendly. Dogs also allowed on tour.

Parental guidance is advised for children under 10 due to references to historical punishments and local legends involving death. There is an uphill section after the church for a walk of about 100m. A tour of Swanaford Vineyard gives visitors a fascinating insight into growing grapes and making wine in England. Visitors will walk through the vines, seeing the five varieties that we grow on site, including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which are the traditional champagne grapes. A visit in the spring will allow visitors to see the vines emerging from winter hibernation, with new shoots forming on the recently pruned vines. In high summer or early autumn, expect lots of vigorous growth and, of course, grapes! The vineyard is set in a beautiful valley within the Dartmoor National Park and is surrounded by breathtaking countryside. Our group sizes are kept deliberately small to ensure that each visitor has a comfortable and engaging experience. Our guides are all highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We welcome questions and are happy to talk about all aspects of vineyard management and winemaking.

This 1 ½ hour walking excursion will lead you through the enchanting Cornish coastal town of Looe, revealing the locations showcased in the acclaimed series. Follow the journey of Humphrey and Martha from the Caribbean to the fictional Devonshire town of Shipton Abbott, artfully filmed against the backdrop of Cornwall. Wander through the charming harbor, historic town center, and visit notable spots like the Guildhall, transformed into the police station. The tour encompasses visits to local shops, restaurants, and the operational fish market featured in the series. Stroll along the East Looe River that was a setting for a river chase scene. Throughout the tour, your guide shares anecdotes about the production of Beyond Paradise, offering glimpses into the area's fascinating history, culture, and natural wonders.

This experience will introduce you to Cornwall’s most famous water sport – surfing. The Newquay coastline offers ideal waves and conditions for the sport, and expert instructors will help you master the basics in a short period of time. You’ll begin with heart-racing warm-ups on the sand before learning safety tips and practicing how to catch waves while lying on your stomach. Once in the water, your instructors will assist you with your moves and provide support to have you catching and riding the waves like a pro.

We launched in 2023 offering welcoming, engaging and entertaining tours around Plymouth. We want to give you a feel for the city, and don't expect you to have an prior knowledge of history, or the area. We are flexible in our approach so are perfect for children too (we even have some sensory resources to make things more interesting!). We are passionate about making our tours as accessible as possible. We have planned step-free routes, for people with wheelchairs or limited mobility, and have audio description training, to welcome guests with visual impairment. The team is fully insured and we are dedicated to only share researched and authentic stories about Plymouth from the past, present and future. It was set up by Hannah, a proud Plymothian. She used her experience in visitor engagement, heritage interpretation and digital walking trails to set up this new walking tour offer with visitor engagement at its heart.

Our expert instructors spent a long time finding this hidden gem, pioneering a coasteering route where everything happens within one extraordinary secret Cornish cove. One minute you’ll be clambering up through a hole in the rock called Smeagol’s Perch, then leaping out into the middle of its crystal blue plunge pool. It’s our very own ‘under the radar’ secret spot, so you won’t see any other coasteer groups down there, just plenty of natural wildlife and even some friendly seals!

This two-hour trip provides you with the opportunity to explore the diverse terrain of the Newquay coastline from a whole new angle with a coasteering experience. You'll kick off your adventure with a safety briefing from your expert guide. Once all the equipment is set, you'll hop between rocks, take a dove from cliffs of different heights and swim your way into the deep Cornish waters. You'll also get to discover up close various caves, gullies and whirlpools as you wade through the waves.

We are the longest-running surf school in Widemouth Bay, and we pride ourselves on our safety standards. Throughout our fun-filled sessions, you'll be supplied with the tuition and knowledge from our experienced Surf coaches, to help you progress to your best abilities. Widemouth Bay itself is also a beautiful, blue-flag beach, with a large car park, and a great cafe. This beach is also lifeguarded within the year by the RNLI. The sandy beach also allows great conditions for beginners to learn, along with some more challenging peaks for intermediates to practice further.

Whether you are surfing for the first time or looking to improve your technique, a surfing lesson at Widemouth Bay in Bude with an experienced instructor, is a great way to give you the skills and confidence you could be looking for! By far the best way to start surfing or to improve your ability is to get instruction from skilled and experienced coaches. It is amazing how simple it is to get riding waves when provided with appropriate instruction, practical knowledge and the right equipment. When you’re up on that surfboard riding your first wave, it will be one of the most exhilarating experiences you’ll ever have! Whether you’re an absolute beginner and want to try surfing for the first time, or you’ve surfed before and want to improve your skills and technique, our friendly instructors will get you surfing with confidence. Our lessons are held in small groups that allow for more personal attention. All equipment is included and the sessions are around 2 hours in length.

Join us on a 3 hour exploration of Falmouth Bay! Due to popular demand, and with a particular focus on families with young children, we are now pleased to offer 3 hour wildlife cruises. Very similar to our 4 hour cruises, these are just a slightly shorter alternative for those not wishing to spend the full 4 hours at sea, but still give us plenty of time to explore along the spectacular coastline and to discover some of the fabulous wildlife Falmouth Bay has to offer.
