On this tour, you'll explore the impressive glass and marble vault housing one of the world’s largest Scotch whiskey collections at The Scotch Whiskey Experience. Led by an expert guide, you’ll learn how Scotland’s geography and weather shape the unique aromas and flavors of its five whiskey-producing regions.
Along the way, you’ll have the chance to sample a dram of single malt or blended Scotch whiskey. Soft drinks are also available, making this tour ideal for families and whiskey first-timers. As a memento of your visit, you’ll take home a limited-edition crystal whiskey-tasting glass.
For this sweet experience, you’ll head to The Chocolatarium in Edinburgh’s characterful Old Town to explore the history of chocolate. A local guide will accompany you through the facilities as you learn how the cocoa beans are transformed into velvety chocolate. You’ll also have the chance to create your own chocolate in the shape of Edinburgh Castle, Greyfriars Bobby or the Loch Ness Monster.

A Party

Our Whisky Tasting and Tales tour is unlike any other whisky experience in Edinburgh. More than just a gin tasting - this is about the Evolution of Gin! On this experience you'll follow the journey of gin from its origins to the modern spirit we know and love. Your guide will lead you through the different flavours, explain the history of gin, and suggest which mixers to add to the (4) gins you will sample - the mixing is left up to you so you can have it as strong or as delicate as you'd like!
Held in The Lost Close, this is an area of Edinburgh that was buried underneath the old prison building until it was uncovered in 2018, a space that only we have access to, and there's nowhere else like it in the city!
