On this full-day tour, you’ll get to experience the culture and heritage of Istanbul city and also visit some of the most famous sights. You’ll be picked up from your hotel and transferred to your first stop at the Sultan Ahmed Mosque. You’ll learn why the mosque is also popular as the Blue Mosque owing to the blue tiles in its interiors. There is a Byzantine-era Hippodrome stadium nearby from where you can admire the mosque’s architecture and towering minarets.
Next, you’ll head to the Grand Bazaar for shopping before having lunch at an authentic Turkish restaurant. After lunch, you’ll visit the sites that were preserved from the Byzantine and Ottoman relics. These include your visit to the Topkapi Palace, Tombs of the Sultans in Hagia Sofia, Galata Bridge and Golden Horn. Finally, you’ll head to Leander's Tower, which is one of Istanbul's most iconic towers.
