Location is super convenient! 1 min away to our whale watching site. Room layout is perfect. Host is very friendly. Only issue was those two pans we used to cook were not in good condition, other than that, we love the stay!

Loved the apartment, especially the extra toilet down stairs. Off road car park was clearly labelled for each unit.

A good location for a hassle-free getaway in Merimbula, Top of the Lake Holiday Units is a condo hotel surrounded by views of the garden.

This would be such a fun place for a group, but for myself and young daughter, it was perfect in the studio. There is a kitchenette, but a short walk away has a huge cooking room with two grill tops and 2 ranges. I was able to cook really well and then have my kid play on the playground and bounce and swim after dinner. Very convenient location, I loved the simple and clean decor, I was very, very comfortable. You can also park your RV or pitch a tent here, but the studio was exactly what I needed.

The place was ready and clean when we got there. Rhys was there to meet us. Rhys is EXTREMELY helpful and will always have time for a chat. The garden is VERY well kept (seems as if Rhys mows the lawn 3 times a week). Swimming pool and BBQ facility very well maintained.
