Great location, a bit far from the beaches but very quiet and has space for parking nearby. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and overall new furniture. Also, a cleaning lady comes every day to tidy up and mop the floor. What I really liked is that the room was always cool and we rarely had to turn the AC on.

The location is very convenient - 5-10 min walk to both beaches, 1-2 min to the main pedestrian street in Kiten. The inter-city bus station is right across the street. In the same building there is a well stocked grocery shop, offering fresh fruits, vegetables, ice-cold drinks and other at very reasonable prices. There was a paid car parking option (10 BGN per day) which we took advantage of. The staff were very helpful and friendly - we had a minor problem with the shower, which was addressed and resolved very quickly. The refrigerator and air conditioner in the room both operated very well.

The apartment has an excellent location in the heart of the Oasis Resort & SPA. Wonderful garden view and close enogh to the beach. It was specious and had everything that you need for relaxing stay. Our host was really nice and even held a parking spot for us, close to the entrance. I'm definitely recommending this place.
