I enjoyed staying at Ev Zin very much . Firstly, the apartment definitely exceeded my expectations , with two balconies and a very spacious interior . The apartment was very clean and comfy , and it had a very homey vibe . The air-conditioning also worked very well , which is very important for a very hot island like Cyprus . The apartment is also in a good location , very easily accessible by bus from Paphos airport , and easily walkable to the center of Kato Paphos . It's also close to the mall for those interested , and one can easily go by bus to the upper part of Paphos by bus from nearby . Overall , I would highly recommend Ev Zin and would want to stay here again if I ever visit Paphos again .

If I can give this property 20 out of 10 I would. Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy and facilities are very well thought throughout for the best stay that you can have. I've traveled a lot and apartments are my preference for stay because of convenience, but this one exceeded my expectations. Bonus stuff that made our stay amazing: 1. The friendly host - Nikos was amazing and made everything possible for us to feel at home; 2. There was dishes soap, sponge, salt, frappe maker, utilities to clean the apartment (if you wish) during your stay, also let me mention that this is the second place in my life where the host left us washing powder for the washing machine, we were able to clean our salty towels before going home. 3. 10 min by foot away from Venus beach - a great place for relaxation and swimming 4. 10 min by foot away from Lidl 5. Bus stop to the Kato Paphos is like 5 min from the property 6. There is a small pool, which was impeccably clean everyday 7. A cosy balcony - with a place to sit down and sip your frappe 8. I really felt like home. If this place is available for you desired dates, I highly recommend you to book it! You won't regret this choice. - Private parking (incl in stay price) was the greatest advantage for us. - The room was spacious, clean, with the full-size kitchen and all cooking amenities - Beds were comfy. It was quiet enough for sleep with the window closed (at least in April)

The best accommodation what I ever had in my travel experience. We got upgrade for apartment for free and it was amazing and big. All was extra clean, the sheet and towel perfect soft and clean. The stile of furniture was modern and nice combined. Apartment is excellent equipped you have all what you need for cooking there is iron, washing machine, hairdryer, big balconi and beautiful garden. The best of all is the owner :) we were lucky to meet him and he helped us a lot with suggestions and one of amazing things is that you can drop off your luggage before you check in and after your check out for free!! :) I can just say amazing!! Thank you very much for amazing stay and definitely looking forward to come back :)
