Great apartment in a perfect location, close by the sea and close to all the parts of town you want to enjoy as a tourist. Very spacious rooms, a little balcony, nice and quiet with good sound insulation and the rooms are kept nice and cool. Staff also communicated with us clearly to ensure an easy check-in procedure and gave great parking advice.

The professionalism of staff was exceptional. They WhatsApp me prior to my arrival as I was walking the Camino from Irun. They ensured someone was present when I arrived, as we kept in close touch on my arrival time. The complex is not manned 24 hours x 7; but staff are nearby. This WhatsApp connection proved important when a fire alarm went off accidentally. I was able to message someone, who promptly arrived within minutes to address. The breakfast was really awesome. Freshly squeezed orange juice, not from a boxed carton. Good coffee, and bread with ham, turkey and cheese. Yogurt & fruits. Very near the ferry terminal to the other side of the port. Our bedroom had an annex too. Hair dryer in bathroom too!

The apartment is huge! Excellent space for a big group or sharing families. Central location surrounded by great coffee shops and within the shopping district. 5 minutes walk to old town and the beach.
