The property is in central location, close to the beach and 200meters from the Monemvasia bridge. It was clean and well equipped with coffee machine, a hairdryer, an iron and hotel amenities (shampoo, shower gel, slippers). It was very cozy with nice decoration and the owner paid attention to detail. The owner (Dimitris) is very kind and helpful. He welcomed us with a basket of fruits, a bottle of wine and waters and in the end he gave us a small souvenir gift as well. If we go again to Monemvasia, it will be our first choice.

We stayed here 3 years ago and were so impressed that everything still feels new, clean and bright. The kitchenette is perfectly stocked, AC works well and the patio is lovely with perfect view to Monemvasia at sunrise. We made good use of the recommendations: in particular restaurant recommendations were spot on.

very good location , silence , very polite welcoming, it looks very common from outside but once you see the castle from distance you realize were you are. if you wake up and watch the sunrise it well be spectacular, once in a life time view.

Excellent stay opposite beach. Clean room with sea view. Wonderful host Eleni made it even better and easy access to all parts in Monemvasia.

Located conveniently close to the old town, and with a beautiful view of the giant Monemvasia rock and the ocean. Very easy to access and has a good and secure parking area. The room was clean and relatively well equipped for a studio apartment. The lady at the front desk is nice and made extra effort to accommodate our late arrival. We spent two full days exploring the Monemvasia old town and the upper town (on the top of the rock) and were always very happy to return to the apartment after a long day of hiking and exploring. Also free 24 hour coffee and bottles of water was very nice.

Only 300 ft from the beach, Xifoupolis Apartments Hotel & Studios features rooms with free Wi-Fi, LED TV and a balcony overlooking the sea and the rock of Monemvasia.

A great place for families to relax! Rooms are spacious and clean with all necessaries at hand. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the owners homemade breakfast every morning :)
