The owner is amazing - very helpful and runs a great hotel. All the staff are doing a great job of keeping the place clean and well organized. Location is great - yes you do need a car since it’s all the way on the south end of the island but you get a great waterfront view and watching the harbour life is an activity in itself. Very good breakfast with great outdoor sitting area. Highly recommended.

Elements cave suites was the best part of our trip, it exceeded our expectations in terms of service and hospitality by the amazing host Vasia who went above and beyond to accommodate us after encountering a glitch in the booking.com system. She did everything to rectify the matter and for that we are very grateful and cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was impeccable, the property is a hidden gem in the beautiful village of Megalochori,so well maintained and has such a wonderful feel. We were away from the hustle and busy streets and enjoyed the charm of this place. I would highly recommend staying in Megalochori especially with kids, when visiting Santorini and definitely at Elements cave suites. Definitely a 10/10, thank you Vasia for being amazing we will surely be back again !

Amazing place to stay on Santorini. Loved the location - having a private beach far away from the tourist crowds. Restaurant within a short walk. The rooms were unique and had a great charm. The property was gorgeous. Very spacious rooms with extremely large bathrooms and showers which had really nice water pressure. Netflix was included on the TVs and the wifi was strong. The beach out front is super peaceful and quiet with beach towels provided for you. There is also a little front patio with chairs and a table outside of your room. Dimitris was amazing and extremely helpful when booking a catamaran trip as well as answering any questions we had! He even gave us a free bottle of prosecco on our last night (we stayed for 6 nights). We didn’t rent any vehicles so we walked to our meals which took about 10-15 min down the beach, so not bad! There was a market about a 5-10 min walk down the beach where we got ingredients for breakfasts and lunches which we made in the kitchenette in the room. There is a bus that you can take into Fira and Oia (cash only and was 1,60 € per person). There are also dogs next door that are super friendly and loved to come say hi. We would definitely stay here again in Santorini!
