It was in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the beach. Extremely clean, the rooms were cleaned everyday excellent. The staff is very helpful and the communication is very easy. Nearby there is a bakery with excellent coffee.

The beds were really comfy we slept really good and it wasn't hot during the night at all. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, AC works perfectly and the large fridge was appreciated. The hosts were amazing! Very helpful, kind and warm. We loved our stay at Avgerou Studios, even though the closest beach had a lot of sea weed, it is a small town, so you could go a bit further and find clear waters. The location makes it a great spot if you want to explore both peninsulas as well.

Everything! Very Relaxing and great stay! Chill We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. We have stayed for 7 nights. Beach it is at walking distance (150m) Supermarkets as well. Every Wednesday morning you can go to local market in Nea Moudania for fish, vegetable, olives, oil, shopping etc. For beaches we have used for most of the days the beach near by, we didn't wanted to loose time traveling in hot summer for other beaches where you will get mostly same thing. There are many beach alternatives, but you need to drive, which we didn't wanted to do. Good restaurants you can find near by or on the 2 fingers, but food is great everywhere in Greece.. You will find in the room few good restaurants suggestions. It's your choice if you want to spend time commuting. Accommodation is new and very clean. You have everything you need.. Angela and her husband are very nice and welcoming! Big thank you! For us it has been just perfect and we hope we will visit them again!
