The owner was really nice and super helpful. The price was very low for the location but the room itself left much to desire. It was a short walk to the beach and the town was lovely.

The property was perfect for our short stay! The neighborhood itself was very quiet and relaxing. Plus, only a 3 minute drive to the nearest large supermarket. Bathroom/Shower - very spacious and newly remodeled. Living Room - again, very clean with an air conditioner directly next to the bedroom. Kitchen - had all the necessities of plates, silverware, microwave, induction, pots, refrigerator, you name it.

Perfect location, nice, well equipped room. Great restaurant, friendly and responsive host. Upon arrival, they brought us the keys to the free parking spot, which is 3 min walking distance from the accommodation. Great experience!

The location is incredible. Right at the heart of Punat. The flat is big, well cleaned and decorated. Feels like a real relaxing holiday home. We loved it.
