The hosts were very friendly and gracious. The communication via email prior to arrival was very good. Reception/office is about two blocks away from the actual condo/hotel. Pool side has better views than the mountain view side, but mountain view side is therefore quieter. Microwave/cook top/fridge/freezer w ice maker are readily accessible within unit. Foodstore (MAKRO) is about 4 blocks away and numerous mini-marts also nearby as well as many restaurants. Beach was just a 10-15 minute walk away.

The location is great for going to the beach. You can wash your feet under the stairway. You can hear the sound of the restaurants during parts of the day, but when the restaurants are closed or not busy, the room is quiet and peaceful. It was very clean, and the shower was excellent. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in Thailand. It felt like memory foam.
