LOCATION! 🙌 Was greeted with a smile, i usually stay at a chain location every year and wanted to try something different. This was so close to the ocean you can hear the waves crashing. It was clean and comfortable. We stayed in #4 and slept 6 comfortable! So many seashells! The kids enjoyed the pool , all the sand toys even some dogs as the location is pet friendly.

Beach Place Guest houses is located just 1.9 mi from Cocoa Beach city center and within 5 minutes' drive of the public beaches, yet feels secluded.

The property was beautifully located on the beach. It’s just a few miles down from shops and restaurants. Easy beach access. They provide chairs and umbrellas that you can use. I’d definitely recommend.

Great location proximity to beach is excellent. It is peaceful location and the owner/staff are on location if needed. We were met by owner staff member. Good WiFi available We were able to use beach chairs umbrellas and coolers etc. which we did not travel with. We even saw a Starlink Rocket take off from Cape Canaveral.

Amazing views, amazing location clean great back porch. Updated bathrooms with tile. Comfortable bed. Lots of electrical outlets and games and books. It felt decorated like a beach house should.

Location to stores, beaches and certain sight seeing places. Also, was able to cook/bake for 9 days in a decent kitchen. Met the host a week before to see the place. There were 10 of us, big enough to support 5 kids between the ages of 8 - 14. Nice and very safe area.

Chateau by the Sea is located in Cocoa Beach, directly on the oceanfront, and is just steps to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Kennedy Space Center is 11 mi away.

Room 501 was perfect. Two large bedrooms with connecting baths. Great ocean view right next to the pier and restaurants. The pool and grounds are superb! Will definitely stay here again.
