Nice location. Beds are very comfortable. Nice cozy place. Nice little deck to sit out on and look at the ocean. Pretty small downstairs queen bedroom but the bed was comfy. Tight squeeze up/down the spiral staircase to a nice sized king bedroom with a great view and full bathroom. The heat worked well downstairs. There is a plug in heater to use upstairs in both the bedroom and bathroom. Extra soft blanket in the closet. Does have an ice maker in the freezer section. There is a blow dryer in both bathrooms which was nice. Plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets. Great dog basket with leashes, bowls and towel to dry. Has lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans. Nice little BBQ in the breezeway thank goodness. Cut up our prime rib into steaks since the oven was a no go. Microwave worked good, toaster good. There is a big 12 cup coffee pot and a small 4 cup to meet needs plus a hot tap on the faucet which is very nice. Would book again knowing all the little issues and quirks we encountered now that we know to account for it. The view is outstanding and is really a nice cozy little house. Just needs a little upgrading to the oven and stove top.

It was large enough to be comfortable and not trip on anyone. Clean and not cluttered with overly done beach decor. Pet friendly without an extra charge. Cute extras to show they are pet lovers, like towels to dry them off and a food bowl. Fenced in yard to let your pups run and play. The beds were comfortable. The showers were high enough for people over 5.5 ft to fit under (we're all tall and this was very nice). Full size appliances, super nice if you want to save money and not eat out all the time. Within driving distance to all the popular beach sites, casino, and stores. Walking distance if you're in good health to some of these.

The cozy warm vibe that the rental has to it. The decor is beautiful and welcoming, loved the minor details that were . A little on the older side and the cleaning job has something to be desired. The view from the front porch is amazing and the sound of the water is so clear and soothing. Had everything we could think of that was really needed/required and the cute little details and extra touches added to the charm.

It is a great spot, easy walking to the beach and local shops. I found it to be pretty quiet as well. The place is clean and looks to be taken care of. The nice surprise for me was the partial ocean view from the living room and kitchen windows.

The place was very clean and spacious, exactly as shown in the photos. There’s a playground just a few minutes’ walk away, and a steep staircase leads down to the ocean. The stairs are manageable for most people, but could be challenging if you have health issues. The house is well-equipped with plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils — everything worked perfectly. The hot tub was also great! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our stay.
