The location is excellent! So close to the beach and to a beautiful walking path. The privacy was very nice--it has a nice front area for morning coffee and meals. The cottage includes a kitchen, sitting spaces, and a washer/dryer. It is older but was clean (we especially noticed the very clean windows). In addition to the beach, it's also in walking distance to a grocery store, many shops and restaurants, and the free trolley, so you don't need a car (we didn't have one).
