This is the most amazing place! Excellent, excellent value. It's directly across from the beach, about an easy mile walk from the historical barrio, and it's absolutely darling. It has a full kitchen, bath, facilities like a coffee maker and microwave, and there's even an inflatable spa on the patio you can use (with permission from the owner please). And don't get me started on the owner Rosana, she has been just wonderful to work with. I want to give her a hug but she's off-site! She is wonderful! This is the best place to visit.

We loved this place. The host was friendly, and the place is located in the heart of all the attractions, but still on a quiet street.

The staff was exceedingly helpful. Mica was wonderful and came and assisted us with a couple of simple issues (us not understanding how water worked in South America :) beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped. We choose a family neighborhood as we are looking to retire. This location was ideal for us. Small stores, bakeries and restaurants within 1 km of the house. It is a great place to stay.
