Had a Comfortable stay, 10 minutes walk to fort kochi cafes, restaurants and waterfront. Owner is friendly and very helpful. Helped me book day trips and train tickets and was always at the end of the phone if I needed anything. Arranged pick up from the airport for additional cost. Driver was there waiting for me when I landed. Room is small but just what I needed for my stay. Also had a balcony. AC was good. Sheets and towels were clean, and a hot shower after a day of exploring.

Good location to reach all the main points, great room size, fan and AC, nice toilet with hot water, super clean. I really appreciate the balcony with 2 chairs to relax with garden view, quiet area, you can easily enjoy your time here. I loved the hotel restaurant, great local food for the cheapest price in the village. Super friendly owners, I wish to go back one day.

A comfortable homestay a short distance from Thumpoly Beach, Venitia Homestay offers a base for a hassle-free holiday in Alleppey. We are so happy we found this place in Alleppey and stayed in home of this wonderful family! I booked the room for just one night, but we liked everything so much that we extended our stay for more 10 days. The atmosphere here is very warm and pleasant, the people are kind and welcoming! We became very close during this time and truly felt like part of the family. We also got to know more about the local culture and traditions, and even celebrated Easter together. I’m very grateful to Francis and Jeeja for their hospitality and the delicious breakfasts — you can feel the love and care in every dish. This is now a special place for us, a place we would love to return to! The rooms are also very nice — clean, comfortable, there is a balcony and terrace in the house. The location is also great. Only 3-minute walk to the beach. There’s also a fantastic restaurant nearby — “Viggy’s Sea-side Resto”. We really enjoyed it.

The rooms are comfortable, the ambience is homely and fantastic and the interaction with Mrs Susan and her son, who manages the homestay, is very friendly and engaging. If one savours the homely food that Mrs Susan prepares, one will surely remember and cherish her exquisite cuisines. She is not only an excellent cook, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, but her passion and love for cooking has to be appreciated and acknowledged. If one books the place in advance and avoid week ends, the charges can be quite reasonable. There are three rooms that are given for homestay and can accommodate upto 11 individuals with additional mattresses. For those who look for comfort and homely environment, May Flower Heritage Villa can be a fulfilling experience.
