Davorka was the best host, she would make any stay awesome🙂 The facility has great location, 3 minutes to the beach over the pedestrian bridge. The room has a fridge, everything else you may need you can find in the shared kitchen. Being able to sit in the yard was a great asset for me.

From all of our stays this one was the cleanest and best equipped accommodation. Very welcoming and helpful people. Bed was comfortable, fresh scent in the room, modern, felt like brand new. Cleanliness is maintained at the highest level, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added to the pleasant experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Petrovac. Ksenia Guesthouse Apartments and Studios is a recently renovated apartment in Budva near Slovenska Beach. Featuring a garden, the property is located within 5.9 miles of Sveti Stefan. We arrived late and although we kept her waiting till midnight, the host was very polite, willing to give us info on where to go, eat etc. The room was clean, the bed was very good and everything was as you would expect them to be. There are some parking spots available for guests and (as they had no next guests) they let us leave the car parked for the whole day after check out. It is not very close to the old town but it was an interesting walk till there

We were surprised upon arrival, because the apartment is bigger than it looks on the pictures. The host was very helpful, gave us good recommendations and helped figure out parking situation. Very central location, lots of stores and restaurants around.

Cleanliness, location, rooms, rooms have all amenities, free underground parking, close to the old town, close to the beach, near supermarkets, especially Ms. Milica, who sits at the register. During the 5 days we were told on a daily basis what city to visit, places to visit, etc. she helped us a lot.
